How to Request Your Card

Follow these steps to order your Hugo Wallet Visa Business Debit card.

Log in and go to Cards

Open the Hugo Wallet app and log in to your account. Navigate to the Cards section from your main dashboard.

Choose your card tier

Browse the available tiers — Green, Gold, and Black. Review the features and select the tier that best suits your needs by tapping Select.

Complete identity verification

If you haven’t already, you’ll be prompted to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Upload the required identity documents and wait for approval before proceeding.

Enter your delivery address

Provide the shipping address where you’d like your physical card delivered. Double-check all address details to avoid delivery delays.

Confirm and submit your request

Review your card tier selection, delivery address, and any associated fees. Tap Confirm to submit your card request. You’ll receive a confirmation notification once your order is placed.
