Transfers & Fees

Transfer speeds depend on the deposit and delivery method you choose. Transfers on supported corridors are processed instantly — in real time as soon as the transaction is confirmed. Mobile money methods like MonCash and NatCash also benefit from fast processing. Bank transfers via SEPA may take 1–3 business days. You’ll always see an estimated delivery time before you confirm any transfer.
Hugo Wallet aims to keep fees as low as possible. Fee structures vary by corridor and transfer method. You can always review the exact fee for your transfer before confirming. During the 2026 FIFA World Cup promotion, all transfers are processed at 0% fees — see below for details.

Staking & Rewards

Hugo Wallet lets you earn passive income by staking the funds held in your wallet. When you stake, your balance earns interest over time — Hugo Wallet offers staking rewards of up to 14.5% APY (Annual Percentage Yield). You can activate staking from your account dashboard and track your earned rewards in real time.
The higher your staked balance, the more you earn. Even small amounts grow meaningfully over time at Hugo Wallet’s rates.
Contact support or check the staking section of your account dashboard for details on any lock-up periods or conditions that apply to your staking tier. Hugo Wallet is committed to transparency — all terms are disclosed before you activate staking.

Referral Program

Yes. Hugo Wallet offers an affiliate referral program that rewards you for introducing new users to the platform. When someone you refer signs up and starts transacting, you receive a reward. You can find your unique referral link in your account dashboard under the Referral or Affiliate section.
