3. Open your USDT source wallet or exchange

   Navigate to the wallet or exchange where your USDT is held and begin a withdrawal.

4. Select TRC20 as the network

   When prompted for a network, choose TRC20 (TRON). Do not select ERC20 or any other network.

5. Paste the address and enter the amount

   Paste your Hugo Wallet TRC20 address and specify the USDT amount to send.

6. Confirm the withdrawal

You MUST use the TRC20 (TRON) network. Sending USDT via ERC20 (Ethereum) or any other network to a TRC20 address will result in lost funds. Hugo Wallet cannot recover tokens sent on the wrong network.
