## How to Deposit

        On your phone, open the **MonCash** or **NatCash** app and navigate to the **Send Money** or **Transfer** option.

        Enter the **Hugo Wallet recipient number** provided on the deposit screen, then enter the **amount in HTG** you wish to deposit. Paste or type your **deposit reference** into the memo/note field.

        Confirm and submit the transfer through your bank. SEPA transfers within the Eurozone are typically processed within **1 business day**. Transfers from non-Eurozone SEPA countries may take up to **2 business days**.

        Once Hugo Wallet receives and matches your transfer (using the payment reference), your EUR balance will be credited and you'll receive an email confirmation.
